Obituary for Marie A. Regec
Marie A. Regec, 82, of Whitehall, died Sunday June 17th, 2012 at the Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg in Bethlehem. She was the wife of the late Stephen P. Regec. Born in Northampton, she was a daughter of the late Leo John and Anna (Salash) Adlon. Marie was a member of Faith Lutheran Church of Whitehall. Marie worked for 21 years at Western Electric /AT&T in Allentown before retiring, where she enjoyed clowning with the Pioneers. After retirement, she enjoyed sewing, playing bingo, going to Atlantic City and the casinos. Survivors include her sons Dr. Stephen and wife Louise of Marion, S.C., Anthony and wife Carol of Bethlehem and Charles and wife Candice of Quakertown; daughters Annette Regec of Coatesville and Rosemarie Reinhard and husband Jeffrey of Whitehall; 9 grandchildren and one great grandson. She was preceded in death by her daughter Anna Marie, son Michael, brother Leo Adlon and sister Rosalie Davis. Funeral services will be officiated by Rev. Michael J. Bodnyk at 11am Thursday June 21st, 2012 at Faith Lutheran Church, 3355 MacArthur Road, Whitehall, PA 18052. Her viewing will be from 10-11am Thursday at the Church Gathering Place.
