Obituary for Marion Bowen
Marion Bowen, 96 years formerly of N. Catasauqua died Wednesday February 25, 2015 in Manor Care of Bethlehem. Born in N. Catasauqua she was the daughter of the late William C. Bowen Sr. and the late Margaret (Moore) Bowen. Marion is a longtime member of the former St. Lawrence Catholic Church of N. Catasauqua. She had worked as a splitter and cutter in the needle trade in the Lehigh Valley for many years before retiring in 1981. Surviving are a niece Margaret (Ohotski) Kalnas, a nephew Thomas Ohotski and other nieces and nephews. Her funeral services will be 11:00am Saturday February 28 in the Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc. 234 Walnut Street Catasauqua, Pa. 18032. Call 10:30am until 11:00am Saturday in the funeral home. Interment is in the parish cemetery; Calvary Cemetery, in N. Catasauqua. Memorial contributions may be sent to St. John Fisher Catholic Church 1229 Third Street N. Catasauqua, Pa. 18032.
