Obituary for Mary T. Kush
Mary T. Kush, 94, passed away on April 6, 2023 at Bethlehem Manor. Born in Catasauqua, she was a daughter of the late Michael Procak and Mary (Skripek) Procak. She was the wife of the late William Kush, Jr. who passed away in 1990.
Mary was a lifelong member of the former St. Lawrence the Martyr and St. John Fisher Catholic Church in North Catasauqua where she made pierogies.
She was an excellent seamstress and homemaker. Her and Bill were avid golfers and Mary did work part time in a golf shop. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Mary is survived by a brother Joseph Procak and wife Patricia; and sister Anna Gilliespie along with many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brother George Procak and sisters Margaret DeLong and Catherine MacAdam.
There will be a calling period on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at St. John Fisher Catholic Church 1229 3rd Street, N. Catasauqua, PA. 18032 from 10:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. A Mass of Christian burial will follow at 11:00 a.m. Interment following service at St. Lawrence cemetery in North Catasauqua.
