Obituary for Michael G. Wuench
Michael G. Wuench, 74, of Whitehall, died with his family by his side at his home Friday February 9, 2024 after a brief illness. He was the loving husband of Jeanette M. (Plotsko) Wuench and would have celebrated 45 years together this March. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Gabriel and Mary (Dusinski) Wuench.
Mike was a co-owner of the former Gabe’s Market in Allentown. He then became the owner and operator of Exton Computer Systems of Allentown. Michael retired from Lehigh University, where he worked as a systems analyst for over 20 years. When he wasn’t working, Michael loved spending time bicycling on the D & L Trail.
Surviving along with his wife Jeanette is his son Anthony R. Wuench; 2 sisters and 1 brother.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor (D & L Trail) c/o the funeral home. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.brubakerfuneralhome.com
