Obituary for Michele 'Shelly" L. Heiney
Michele L. “Shelly” Heiney, 59 years of N. Catasauqua died Saturday October 1, 2016 in her residence. She was the daughter of Barbara (Kane) Johns and the late Edward “Mickey” Johns. She was married to Donald L. Heiney for 38 years on October 7, 2016.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, friend and caregiver and she enjoyed going to their cabin in the Promise Land.
Surviving with her husband and mother are son Chad L. Heiney and his girlfriend Danielle Hoffman, sisters sandy Bennett and her husband Thomas, Ardel Babio and her husband Jason, grandson Abel L. Heiney, in laws David L. and Betty J. Heiney nieces and nephews and friends and family.
Funeral services will be 7:30 pm Friday October 7 in the Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc. 234 Walnut Street Catasauqua, Pa. 18032. Call 6:00pm until 7:30 pm Friday in the funeral home. Interment will be in Arlington Memorial Park, Whitehall. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made payable to the American Cancer Society 3893 Adler Place Suite 170 Bethlehem, Pa. 18017.
