Obituary for Michelle E. Van Brunt
Michelle E. Van Brunt, 55, of Allentown passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 20, 2024, at her home surrounded by her family. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of Elaine (Wackley) Chapman and the late Ronald Chapman.
She was the wife of Daniel Van Brunt with whom she shared 16 years of marriage on June 6th.
Michelle was a graduate of Whitehall High School. She was a licensed Cosmetologist and Equine Massage Therapist. She was employed at Lehigh Valley Health Network as a Financial Assistant and enjoyed and loved helping people.
Michelle absolutely loved horses, the outdoors, and her pets. Above all she loved her family most. She will be deeply missed by many as she was a loving, caring, inspirational and determined person.
Those left to cherish fond memories include her mother Elaine (Wackley) Chapman, her husband, Daniel E. Van Brunt, son Zach Rohrbach, sister Tricia DeBlass and David, nephew Vincent DeBlass, niece Roni Richio and countless friends. She was predeceased by her daughter Cheyenne Rohrbach.
There will be a memorial visitation on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc., 234 Walnut St., Catasauqua from 10-11 am. A funeral service officiated by Father Eric Tolentino will follow in the parlor at 11:00 am.
