Obituary for Nancy M. Steele
Nancy M. Steele, 85, of Catasauqua, died Tuesday November 1 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Carl E. Steele. Born in Allentown, Nancy was a daughter of the late Albert and Eva (Guzy) Geiger.
Nancy graduated from Whitehall High School. Over the years, she worked a variety of jobs around the Lehigh Valley, including the former Hess's North, M.W. Wood Catering and Redner's Markets, from where she retired. She was member of the Red Hats Group, an avid reader and loved her little dog, Cappy.
Above all Nancy was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and will be missed by her loving family and friends.
Surviving are her children, sons, Michael A. Steele and wife Barbara, Richard C. Steele, Thomas J. Steele and wife Kellie; daughters Carla M. Fotta and husband Jason, Elena M. Frey and husband Kirk; grandchildren Tyler Silberman and fiancé Bianca Dominguez, Kylie Steele, Tyler and Matthew Fotta, and Dylon Frey. She was preceded in death by a son Joseph, grandson Chase Frey and brothers Donald and William Geiger.
