Nicholas Paul Coleman, 38, of North Catasauqua passed away on June 6, 2024 at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest surrounded by his loving family.

He later started his career as an Executive Chef. He worked at many restaurants throughout the Lehigh Valley: Starters Pub, Blue, Bravo, Morgan Hill, Book Store Speakeasy, Riverview Country Club, Restaurant Store for one year, Folino Estate Winery Riegelsville Inn and Ashley Signature Restaurant.
