Obituary for Patricia A. Kincaid
Patricia A. Kincaid, 77, of Catasauqua, formerly of Whitehall, passed away April 20, 2016, peacefully surrounded by her loving family in her home. She was the beloved wife of Wayne R. Kincaid with whom she had celebrated 55 years of marriage. She was the daughter of the late Helen and Howard Case of Catasauqua.
Patsy’s most recent employment was as an accounts payable clerk at Aetna Felt in Emmaus. Patsy was always on the go, ready and willing to help others. In her community she was a volunteer at the Catasauqua Thrift as well as a member of the Catasauqua Garden Club. Patsy’s faith in God kept her quite busy at church as well. She was a member of her church Morning Glories, the Victorian Tea Committee, and a member of the church choir for 60 years.
Patsy was well known for her love of baking and gardening. She did quite a bit of travelling with Wayne as well. Patsy immensely enjoyed attending her grandchildren’s sporting and arts related events as well as spending quality time with them and their families.
Surviving with her husband Wayne are her son Robert and wife Michelle, of Portland, ME, daughter Wendy, wife of Jim Nemeth, of Northampton, and son Timothy and fiancé Jennifer, of Whitehall; grandchildren, Lauren, Preston, Caleb, Alexis and Lindsey; sisters Carol and husband Edward Hartranft of Catasauqua, and Geraldine and husband Robert Zirinsky of Quakertown; brother Dale Case of Catasauqua. She was preceded in death by a brother Howard Case, husband of Joanne Case of Bethlehem.
Her funeral services will be 11:00am Saturday April 23 in Holy Trinity Memorial Lutheran 4th and Pine streets Catasauqua. Her viewing will be 9:00 am until 11:00 am in the church.
