Obituary for Paul A. Neupauer,Sr.
Paul A. Neupauer, Sr., 87, of Whitehall, died December 19 at his residence. He was married to Dolores E. "Dolly" (Hutnick) Neupauer for 57 years. Born in Whitehall, he was the son of the late Ignatz Neupauer and the late Susie (Novak) Neupauer Hudock. He was a faithful member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Whitehall and its choir for over 50 years. Paul served his country in the navy during WWII. He was employed as a clerk for Mack Trucks Inc., Allentown for 31 years, retiring in 1987. He was a bartender for the former Egypt Hotel and St. Nicholas Home Association, Northampton as well as an employee for the former Two Guys from Harrison, Whitehall. Survivors: In addition to his wife, he is survived by children, Paul Jr., and his wife Holly of Blandon, Anne Marie wife of Bruce Bachman of Coplay, Michael of Harrisburg, VA, John and his wife Wendy of St. Louis Park,MN, Susan wife of Robert Martucci of Allentown; grandchildren, Christopher, Dana, Emily, Megan, Lauren, Benjamin, Aaron, Lily; brother, Andrew Neupauer; sister, Elizabeth Rock. He was preceded in death by siblings, William Neupauer and Margaret Ziser. Services: Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m., Monday, December 23, Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 4456 Main Street, Whitehall. Friends and family may call 9:30-11:00a.m, Monday in the church.
