Obituary for Pauline P. Longenhagen
Pauline P. Longenhagen, 95, of Coplay, passed away on May 16, 2023, at her residence surrounded by her loved ones.
Born in Northampton, she was a daughter of the late John and Stella (Kotch) Holota.
She was the wife of the late Robert G. Longenhagen with whom she shared 41 years of marriage prior to his passing in 1995.
Pauline was a lifelong member of St. John the Baptist church in Whitehall where she served in the Alter Rosary Society.
She was employed in a variety of garment factories throughout the Lehigh Valley.
Pauline loved babysitting her grandchildren and great grandchildren and always put family first. She will be remembered for being a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Kathleen and husband Michael Holtzman; grandchildren; Michelle and husband Chad Rockovits, Colleen and husband Mike Jones; great grandchildren; Aubrie, Kenslie, Grace, Elsie and Madeline and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by four brothers.
There will be a visitation on Friday, May 19, 2023 from 09:30 – 10:30 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Church 3024 S. Ruch Street, Whitehall, PA. 18052. A mass of Christian burial officiated by Monsignor Gobitas will commence at 10:30 a.m. in the church. Interment to follow at the church cemetery.
Memorial contributions in her memory may be made to Lehigh Valley Hospice or the church c/o the funeral home.
