Obituaries
Lefty worked at Alpo Pet Foods for 32 years before retiring in 1993. He was an avid Phillies and Notre Dame fan. Lefty was known for his sense of humor, and was loved by many. He served in the Army during the Korean War.
Survivors are his sons Jeffrey Nederostek and his wife Tamara, and Richard Nederostek; daughters Rita Schaejbe and Sharon Pammer, wife of Scott; 9 grandchildren; many nieces and nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10am Friday January 20th, 2017 at St. Mary’s Church, 122 Union Street, Catasauqua, PA 18032. His viewing will be held from 8:30-9:30am Friday at the Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc., 234 Walnut St. Catasauqua, 18032. Memorial contributions may be made in his name, payable to the VA.
