Obituary for Richard W. Moser
Richard W. Moser of Catasauqua passed away on January 13, 2024. He was 82. He was the loving husband of the late Joan C. (Leapoal) Moser. Richard was born March 2, 1941 in Hanover Township. He was the son of the late Russell and Marion J. (Young) Moser.
Richard graduated from Catasauqua High School, Class of 1959. Richard was employed as a Commodities Relocation Engineer for various trucking companies. He enjoyed traveling and his family. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Catasauqua.
Survivors: Daughters: Pamela Sell and her late husband Raymond of Slatington; Catherine and her husband Mark Williams of Catasauqua. Sons: Richard Moser, Jr. of Allentown; Late Russell Moser of Catasauqua. He loved his 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Brothers: Late Delbert Moser; Gene and his wife Eileen Moser of Catasauqua. Sister: Sandra and her husband Dennis Reppert of Allentown. His Dog: his late faithful companion, Mollie.
At Richard’s request, a private service will be held.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to the Presbyterian Church of Catasauqua or to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
