Obituary for Robert "Bob" L. Eberhart
Robert “Bob” L. Eberhart, 72, of Lehighton, formerly of Catasauqua died Saturday October 31, 2015. Born in West Catasauqua he was the son of the late Henry and Priscilla (Sperlbaum) Eberhart.
Robert was an outbound dock supervisor for Ward Trucking for 10 years before retiring. Prior to that he worked for P.I.E. and PJAX Trucking services. He was the charter president of the Catasauqua Area Lions Club 1972-73 and zone chairman and youth exchange chairman of Lion’s District 14K.
Surviving is his daughter Christine Eberhart of Blandon, grandchildren Kaylie and Kyle Vrabel. Sisters – Rita Medence and Carolyn O’Donnell, wife of Dennis O’Donnell, all of North Catasauqua. Along with nieces and nephews, great niece and nephew.
Funeral services will be held at 11am Friday November 6th, 2015 at Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc., 234 Walnut St. Catasauqua, PA 18032. His viewings will be from 6-8pm Thursday, November 5th and 10-11am Friday, November 6th, at the funeral home.
