Obituary for Robert K. Sensinger
Robert K. Sensinger, 81, of Catasauqua, died at his home, with family by his side, Sunday September 26, 2021. He was the husband of Sandra L. (Snyder) Sensinger and celebrated 49 years of marriage together this past April. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Henry and Mildred (Walters) Sensinger.
Robert was a member of the former St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church where he served on the finance committee. He was a graduate of Allen High School and received an Associate’s Degree from Penn State University. Robert served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War. He retired as an underwriter for Guardian Life Insurance after many years of service. Robert enjoyed bowling and played for over 30 years with a league in Allentown. He was an avid sports fan and loved following the Phillies and Eagles.
Above all Robert was a family man. He never complained or raised his voice and was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Surviving along with his wife Sandy are his daughter Stacie Raven and Son-in-law William, son Todd Sensinger and fiance Paula Balliet; sister Joan Beidler and husband Edward; grandchildren Jacob Sensinger, Alyssa Raven Moss and spouse Andrew Moss and Bayliann Raven. He was preceded in death by his step-father Nelson Jones and his brother David Sensinger.
Funeral Services will be held at 11am Thursday September 30, 2021 at Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc. 234 Walnut St. Catasauqua, PA 18032. His viewing will be from 10-11am Thursday at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Greenwood Cemetery located at 2010 W. Chew Street, Allentown, PA. 18104
