Obituary for Ronald G. Scheirer
Ronald G. Scheirer, 72, of Whitehall, died Thursday May 17, 2007 at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Muhlenberg. He was the husband of Donna (Kellenberger) Scheirer and celebrated their 41st wedding anniversary in 2006. Born in Whitehall, he was the son of the late Joseph W. and Agnes M. (Gross) Scheirer. Ronald worked for over 35 years in the banking profession until his retirement. He was an avid singer and vocalist with various groups throughout his life. Ron especially enjoyed spending time with his dog Kaci. Surviving with his wife Donna are: sister Mae and her husband Alvin Hart; brother J. Richard and his wife Edith Mae of Whitehall; nieces and nephews. Ronald was preceded in death by a son Mark Ronald Scheirer. Services will be held 11am Tuesday, May 22, 2007 at the John H. Brubaker Funeral Home, 234 Walnut St. Catasauqua, 18032. Call from 10-11am at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery in Whitehall. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Fellowship Manor Park Project in care of the funeral home.
