Rose I. Bodisch, 96, of Whitehall, formerly of Coplay, passed away Friday, October 17, 2014 in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, Salisbury Twp., PA. She was married to the late Walter M. Bodisch. Born in Coplay, she was the daughter of the late Adolph F. and Genevieve (Yost) Sommers. She was a dedicated member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, Coplay and its Altar and Rosary Society. Survivors: Sons, Dennis Bodisch and his wife, Sandy of Coplay; Donald A. Bodisch, with whom she resided; 3 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by nine brothers. Services: 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 22, 2014, Robert A. Hauke Funeral Home, 327 Chestnut St., Coplay followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m., St. Peter's Catholic Church, 4 S. Fifth Street, Coplay. Friends and family may call 9-10:00 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home. Interment, St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery, Whitehall Township.
