Obituary for Rose M. Farber
Rose M. Farber, 65, of Coplay, passed away on January 5, 2022, surrounded in love with her daughters and spouse at Lehigh Valley Hospital Muhlenburg Campus. She was the beloved wife of Ralph C. Farber and they celebrated 36 years of marriage this past September. Born in Allentown she was the daughter of the late Raymond S. and Pauline E. (Bauer) Bell.
Rose achieved her associate degree in Business from the Allentown Business School. She went on to become a customer service representative at Aetna for over 15 years before her retirement in February 2012. She was a woman of strong faith and carried her Christian views with her wherever she went. She especially loved her family and enjoyed spending quality time with them along with many close friends that she cherished. Rosie made others laugh, smile and would make new friends wherever she went! She was extremely proud of her accomplishments in life; from raising her children, completing her degree and becoming a nana to 8 awesome grandchildren! Not a day would go by that she would not show her pride as a Nana to such talented and successful grandchildren! She enjoyed going out to social events regularly and celebrating holidays with those she loved. She was a devoted wife, caring & supportive mother, and loving nana. She will be extremely missed by her entire family and everyone who loved her.
In addition to her husband, Ralph, she is survived by daughters, Christina M. Faeth of Virginia, Amy L. Beltrame of Northampton and Stacy L., wife of David G. Pribulka of State College; stepsons Ray Farber of Arizona and Eric Fenstermaker of Quakertown; grandchildren, Kelsey, Korey, Laura, Payton, Julien, Arianna, Andrew, and Gabriel; sister, Brenda L. Smale of Lehighton; brothers, Dennis C. Bell of Lehighton and Bruce Messinger of Coplay; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents Raymond and Pauline, she was predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Charles H. and Flora B. Bell and maternal grandparents, Miles and Lillian Bauer.
A celebration of Rose’s life will be held and announced at a later date. Condolences may be mailed to the family at 2808 Hillcrest Dr. East, Coplay PA 18037. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Rose’s memory to The Sanctuary at Haafsville, PO Box 921, Fogelsville, PA 18051.
