Obituary for Ruth Ann Kies
Ruth Ann Kies, 72 of Catasauqua, currently of Womelsdorf died Friday April 1, 2016 in the Reading Hospital. Born in Catasauqua she was the daughter of the late Joseph E. and Pearl E. (Williams) VanHorn. She is the widow of the late Robert P. Kies.
Surviving are sons Thomas Morrell, Michael Morrell and wife Sarah, David Morrell and his wife Brenda, sister Sherryl Cesanek wife of John, six grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Ruth Ann was a diehard Phillies Fan.
Funeral services will be 11:30am Tuesday in the Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc. 234 Walnut Street Catasauqua, Pa. 18032. Call 10:00 until 11:30am Tuesday in the funeral home. Please make memorial contributions payable to the American Cancer Society care of the Brubaker Funeral Home.
