Obituary for Ruth D. M. Mahalick
Ruth D.M. Mihalick 90 years of Bethlehem formerly of Catasauqua died Saturday October 28, 2006 in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg. She was the widow of the late John Mihalick who died in 1993. Born in Catasauqua she was the daughter of the late Wilson and Ruth (Frey) Krasley. She was employed as a meat wrapper for the former A & B Meats of Allentown for 27 years before retiring in 1979. Surviving are; Daughters - Jean wife of Ronald Surman of Greentown, Pa. Nancy wife of Dan Xander of Danielsville, Pa. Sisters - Louise wife of Kenneth Croll of Venice, FL. Madeline Kern of Sebring, FL. Dorothy wife of James Owens of Hendersonville, N.C. Nine grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren Nieces and nephews She was preceded in death by a daughter Shirley Shiner and two brothers Russell and Carl Krasley. Funeral services will be 11:00am Wednesday November 1, 2006 in the John H. Brubaker Funeral Home 234 Walnut Street Catasauqua. Call 10:00am until 11:00am Wednesday in the funeral home.
