Obituary for Sandra "Sandy" R. Kominsky
Sandra “Sandy” R. Kominsky, 74, of Easton passed away on February 21, 2022 at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Muhlenberg. She was born in Bethlehem on May 29, 1947, a daughter of the late Raymond Weiner and Ruth (Haase) Boyle.
She was first employed as a Secretary for S&W Tool and Supply Company and later went on to work as a Medical Secretary at Muhlenberg Hospital. Lastly, she was employed as a Sales Associate at Boscov’s in P
Sandy was feisty, stubborn, and tough but she loved fiercely and unconditionally. Her friends, family and fur babies were important to her. Tasty food was her favorite pastime and visiting restaurants was something that always brought her joy.
Sandy had a strong faith in God and Jesus. She was passionate about helping people and has continued to do so by being an eye donor. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Survivors include daughters; Kelly A. Grim, Stacey A. Zappacosta; grandchildren; Jordan, Mia, Riley, Ana, Cassidy and Jack; great grandchildren; Kaleb, Jayce, Bryce, Jaxon and Alyna. She was predeceased by her beloved partner John Sears III and sister Ferne McGrath.
A calling period will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc. 327 Chestnut Street, Coplay, PA. 18037 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. A funeral service to follow at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home.
