Obituary for Sharon D. Stine

Sharon D. (Schaller) Stine, 68, of Whitehall, died with family by her side Friday March 1, 2024. She was the loving wife of Charles E. Stine and together they celebrated 48 years of marriage this past November. Born in Coplay, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Wilma (Kaiser) Schaller.


Sharon was a graduate of Whitehall High School and Northampton Community College. Sharon worked as a graphic artist for a variety of businesses, most recently for Straight Arrow Products. She loved music and dancing and her many trips to Cape Hatteras, NC. Sharon made the most delicious chocolate holiday candy. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.


Surviving along with her husband Charles, are her son Zachary Stine and his wife Elizabeth, and daughter Jade Edwards and her husband Nigel, siblings; Frank Schaller, Garry Schaller; David Schaller and Nancy Cappolella; grandchildren Avery and Julia Stine, Imogen and Oliver Edwards and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister Janet Buss.



A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, from 4-8 p.m. at the Jednota Club, 1223 Fifth Street in Catasauqua.
