Obituary for Stella R. Eberhardt
Stella R. Eberhardt, 94, of Northampton, passed away January 10, 2016 at home. She was the wife of the late Joseph S. Eberhardt. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Frank Sr. and Gisela (Yandrisevits)Miksits. She was a licensed cosmetologist and later a seamstress at various garment mills. She was a member of Queenship of Mary Catholic Church, Northampton. She was a lifetime member of the Coplay Saengerbund and sang many years on its choir. Survivors: Daughters, Dr. Jeanne E. Grove and companion, William E. Wilson of Seabrook Island, SC, Rosemary A. wife of Michael F. Cerimele of Allentown, Kathleen wife of Larry Plotsko of Northampton, JoAnn E. wife of Dr. Stuart Hartman of Hershey; 4 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren. Services: Mass of Christian Burial, 10:30 a.m., Thursday, January 14, St. Peter's Catholic Church, 4 S. Fifth St., Coplay. No calling hours. Interment, Our Lady of Hungary Cemetery, Northampton. Arrangements, Robert A. Hauke Funeral Home, 327 Chestnut St., Coplay, PA 18037. Contributions: In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to Queenship of Mary R.C. Church or St. Peter's R.C. Church or Lehigh Valley Hospice, all c/o the funeral home.
