Obituary for Stephen A. Durgin
Stephen A. Durgin, 58, of Catasauqua, died peacefully on September 8, 2022, at St. Luke’s Hospice.
Born in Allentown, he was the son of Duane Durgin and Sue (Smith) Durgin.
Stephen was a graduate of Allen High School. He was a roofer for Local 30 Philadelphia. He was a member of the Springside Sportsman Club in Slatington.
He was an avid fisherman. He volunteered with children’s fishing contests. He treated others children as if they were his own.
Stephen was a loving and devoted father. He will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.
He will be lovingly remembered by his parents; sons; Dustin Durgin and Zack Durgin; brother, David Durgin and wife Colleen, former wife, Debra Helfrich, niece, Victoria, and nephew Tyler. Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
