Obituary for Sylvia R. Tognoli
Sylvia Tognoli, 84, formerly of N. Catasauqua., passed peacefully on 6/22 surrounded by family. She was preceded in death by husband, Joseph, parents Julie and Randolph Yale and sister Bernadine. She is survived by daughters Karen Rossi (Stephen) and Julie Smisko (Chip); grandchildren Brian Schaffer (Kayla), Phillip Schaffer (Elizabeth), Jessica Rossi (Tyler) and Alex Rossi; great grandson Layne and sister Kathleen Bower (Ronnie).
While raising her children, Sylvia worked many part-time jobs and volunteered at the Catasauqua Community Thrift Store. She and her husband enjoyed skiing and travelling. She kept an immaculate home and enjoyed time with her grandchildren. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Services are private and at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions in her memory may be made to Catasauqua Food Bank 527 Front St., Catasauqua, PA. 18032 c/o the funeral home.
