Obituaries
Teresa was member of St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church in Coplay where she served on the Altar & Rosary Society. Teresa honorably served her country during WWII as a Seaman 1st Class in The U.S. Navy stationed in Corpus Christi, TX.
She was involved with Coplay community sports and a lifelong member of St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church. Teresa was an avid cook and baker. She loved animals and trying her luck with PA lottery tickets. She was continually active in her community. She was a member of American Legion Post #426 of Coplay as well as a Cub Scout Leader.
She is survived by her children, sons William F. and his wife Debra, Thomas J. and his wife Sharon, David J. and his companion Joanne, Jeffrey S. and his wife Melanie, Matthew C. Sr. and his wife Melissa , Charles J. and his wife Dani, and Scott R. and his wife Corinne, daughters Judith A. Heffner, Lisa A. Spangler and her companion Dr. Steve Corbett, Lori A., wife of Michael Hawk, and Janet L., wife of Claude Williams, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Teresa was preceded in death by her son Gerard J. Mondschein; son-in-law Professor Donald Stinner and her siblings.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m., Thursday, February 3, 2022 at Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc. of Coplay 327 Chestnut Street, Coplay, PA. 18037. Funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home by Monsignor David L. James. Interment will follow at St. Peter’s R.C.C. Cemetery.
