Obituary for Theodora H. Dimmlich
Theodora H. Dimmlich, 92, of S.Whitehall Twsp.died Wednesday June 13, 2007 at the In-Patient Hospice Unit of Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown. She was the wife of Rudolf Dimmlich and celebrated their 68th wedding anniversary in February of this year. Born in Berlin, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Ida (Streppel) Bock. Theodora was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church in Allentown and where she was formerly a member of the choir. She worked as a floral designer for Phoebe Florist of Allentown for 22 years before retiring and was a former member of the Allentown Garden Club. Surviving with her husband are a daughter Annelie and her husband Floyd Shultz of Lower Macungie; a son Matthias and his wife Rotraut of Red Hill; granddaughters Christine and Karen Shultz. She is preceded in death by a son Joachim. Services will be held 11:00am Monday June 18th at Asbury United Methodist Church, 1533 Springhouse Road, Allentown, 18104. Call from 10:00am -11:00am at the church. In lieu of flowers contributions may made in her name to the church.
