Obituary for Theresa M. Perl
Theresa M. (Yost) Perl, 95, of Whitehall, passed away on December 18, 2020, at Lehigh Valley Hospital- Muhlenberg Campus. She was the beloved wife of the late Frank Perl Jr. for 57 years before his passing in March of 2002. Born in Stiles in 1925, she was the daughter of the late John and Bertha (Marx) Yost.
She was a member of St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church in Stiles. Theresa was a lifetime member of the Coplay Saengerbund and the West Coplay Maennerchor. She loved Polka Dancing, scratch offs, and bingo.
She is survived by daughters, Carol L. Mullin and Kathleen A., wife of Frank Knopf of Stiles; four grandsons, Todd Mullin and wife Kristine; Kevin Perl and wife Tracey; Scott Knopf; and Shawn Mullin; eight great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by son, Frank E. Perl who passed away in September of 1998 and infant son, Thomas Perl who passed away in 1962. She was also predeceased by siblings, Hilda, Bertha, and John.
Services are private at the convenience of the family. Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc., Coplay is entrusted with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Theresa’s memory to the church at the above address.
