Obituary for Theresa "Palfey" M. Greitzer
Theresa “Palfey” M. Greitzer, of North Catasauqua, died Wednesday, November 7th, 2012 at Lehigh Valley Hospice in Allentown. She was the wife of the late Nicholas A. Greitzer Jr. Born in Ashley, PA she was a daughter of the late John and Anna (Baker) Palfey. Theresa was a member of St. Andrew’s Catholic Church in North Catasauqua. She worked for many years as a weaver for the former Hess & Goldsmith Silk Mill. Surviving are her daughter Patricia Greitzer of N. Catasauqua; nieces Madeline Mooney of Washington, NJ; Mary Ann Canning of Allentown; great niece Carol Kemp and other nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sisters Catherine, Mary, Helen, Elizabeth, Vilma and brothers Joseph and Peter. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10am Tuesday, November 13th, 2012 at St. Andrew’s Church, 1229 3rd St. N. Catasauqua, 18032. Her viewing will be from 8:30-9:30am at the Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc., 234 Walnut St. Catasauqua, 18032. Memorial contributions may be made in her name payable to the St. Andrew’s Church Memorial Fund care of the church.
