Obituaries
Thomas was employed by CDS in Fogelsville as a forklift operator for 20 years before retiring. Prior to that, he worked for Phoenix Forge in Catasauqua.
He was a lifetime member of a variety of clubs. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, and archery was his passion. He was all about his family and especially loved his grandchildren.
Survivors include daughters Christal, wife of Corry Benninger, Denise Almond and her partner Markey Blackman, and Charlotte, wife of Scott Grube, a sister Rosemarie White, grandchildren Corry, Callie, Albree, Jocelyn, Lance and Sapphire, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother Edward F. Almond
Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Friday October 27, 2017 at Brubaker Funeral Home 234 Walnut St. Catasauqua, PA 18032. A viewing will be held from 7-8:30pm on Thursday and 10-11am on Friday in the funeral home.
