Obituary for Virginia D. "Ginny" Rondish
Virginia D. “Ginny” Rondish 79 years of Allentown died Wednesday January 5, 2011 in her residence. She was the wife of James D. Rondish Sr. and would have celebrated 58 years of marriage February of this year. Born in Egypt she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret (Haas) Bundra. Most recently she had been employed in the office of Dr. Thomas Breslin and previously she had worked in the clinic of Allentown Hospital for seventeen years before retiring. Virginia was a longtime member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Allentown where she was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be missed by her husband James, daughter Deborah wife of Bruce Weaver of Fogelsville, son James D. Rondish Jr. of Northampton and brother Donald husband of Rose Bundra. Virginia will be missed by her loving granddaughter Kristy Albright and fiancée Brett Schaedel and their son; Virginia’s great grandson, Ian Albright, grandson Brandon Rondish, step granddaughter Stacey wife of Larry Stauffer and their sons Benjamin and Larry and step grandson Bruce Weaver Jr. She will also be missed by her faithful companion dog Jazzy. Virginia was preceded in death by her brother in law Daniel Rondish. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00am Tuesday January 11 in St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church 1046 Cedar Street Allentown. Viewing time will be 10:00am until 11:00am Tuesday in the church. The Brubaker Funeral Home of Catasauqua is in charge of arrangements.
