Obituary for Virginia W. Pursell
Virginia W. Pursell, 93, of Catasauqua passed away on April 12, 2013 at Northampton Village. She was the daughter of the late Blanche (Houser) and Leonard Tedesco and her grandparents, Robert and Anna Houser. She was a dedicated mother and homemaker and in her later years waitressed at various restaurants. Surviving is son, Robert and wife Diane of Catasauqua; daughters, Sylvia Pursell of Northampton and Marjorie Gillespie and husband Bill of Crofton, Maryland, along with grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren. Graveside services will be Tuesday, April 16 at 11:00a.m. in Fairview Cemetery, 855 Lehigh St., Allentown. No calling hours. Arrangements by Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc. of Catasauqua. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her name payable to Arcadia Hospice, 7248 Tilghman St., Suite 160, Allentown, PA 18106.
