Obituary for Warren W. Place
Warren W. Place, 88, of Whitehall, died Wednesday, July 28th, 2010 at the Lehigh Valley Hospice in Allentown. He was the husband for over 25 years to Elizabeth Tisdale-Place of Whitehall. Warren was born in Milford, Iowa. Warren worked for many years at Kleckner’s Appliance in Whitehall before retiring. He served in the Navy during WWII. Surviving along with his wife Liz, are a daughter Anne Boyce and her husband Dennis of Texas; brother Kenneth Place and his wife Arlene of Des Moines, IA. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to a charity of one’s choice.
