Obituary for Willard "Bill" R. Keller
Willard R. Keller, 72, entered into eternal life after a brief and courageous battle with cancer. He was the devoted husband of Kristine M. (Toth) with whom he shared 16 wonderful years.
Born and raised in Wind Gap, he was the son of Dolores L. (Fix) Keller and the late Willard Keller.
Bill graduated from Pen Argyl High School and Lehigh Carbon Community College. Throughout his career, he worked at various hospitals and nursing homes as a Registered Respiratory Therapist; most recently employed at Good Shepherd Specialty Hospital, Muhlenberg.
Bill had a generous spirit, always lending a hand or helping anyone in need. He had many interests, but most enjoyed fishing and working on DIY home projects. Bill delighted in acquiring the latest gadgets to make life easier and fun. He had a big heart for animals, and over the years, his home was the forever resting place for many stray and shelter cats and dogs.
In addition to his loving wife and mother, Bill is survived by his children, Christian M. Keller and wife, Casie, Jennifer L. Keller and fiancé Donald Marano; stepchildren Emily L. Bauer and Ryan M. Bauer; grandchildren, Madison, Baylin, Abby; sisters Darlene Lipyanic, Diane Weiss, Denise Moore and husband Wade; brother Wayne Keller; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother Barry.
Friends and relatives are invited to attend a visitation from 10-11:30 AM on Friday, March 18, 2022, at Brubaker Funeral Home, 327 Chestnut St., Coplay, PA 18037. Services will be private.
