Obituary for William C. Skrapits
William C. Skrapits, 83, formerly of Northampton, of Pocono Lake, PA, died May 17, 2015 at Weatherwood Nursing Home, Weatherly. Born November 3, 1931, he was the son of the late Frank and Anna (Heigli)Skrapits. He was a 1949 graduate of Northampton High School and a graduate of Dickinson College. A Korean War veteran, he served his country honorably as a sergeant in the U.S. Army. He retired as an appraiser for PennDot. He was a Roman Catholic. Survivors: Three Brothers, Atty. Frank M. Skrapits and his wife, Jeanette of Northampton, Dr. Louis J. Skrapits and his wife, Maryann of Wilminton, NC, John J. Skrapits and his wife, Barbara of Jim Thorpe; several nieces and nephews.
