Obituary for Warren C. Ludwig Sr.
Warren C. Ludwig Sr., 68 years of North Catasauqua died Thursday January 19, 2017 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest and route 309 Allentown. He was the husband of Diane C. (Kostka) Ludwig for 46 years. Born in Allentown he was the son of the late Warren T. and Dorothy E. (Hodes) Ludwig.
Warren was a truck driver for Tommy Burke Provisions and work on the docks for Ward Trucking for over 30 years. He was an avid Harley Davidson enthusiast and he was a fan of Phillies Baseball.
Surviving with his wife Diane are son Warren C. Ludwig II of Harrisburg, Pa., daughter Tina wife of Greg Mertz of Whitehall, two grandchildren Gregory II and Kaitlyn, brother in law Curt Simmons and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister Dorothy E. Simmons.
Funeral services will be officiated by the Rev. Michael Smith at 11:00 am Tuesday January 24 in the Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc. 234 Walnut Street Catasauqua, Pa. 18032. Call in the funeral home on Tuesday from 9:00 am until 11:00 am. Burial will be in Arlington Memorial Park, Whitehall.
