Obituary for Helen W. Molchany
Helen W. Molchany, 82, of Whitehall, died November 8, 2014 in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, Salisbury Township. Born in Egypt, she was the daughter of the late George and Helen (Chernega)Wasko. She was employed as a presser for the former Tama Manufacturing Co., Northampton. She was a member of the Holy Trinity Orthodox Church in North Catasauqua. A polka fan, she was an avid listener of the Jolly Joe Timer Polka Show. Survivors: daughters, Cynthia L. Leeser Frisby Greenly and her husband Todd, Dawn Leeser of Oceanside, CA; son, Bernie Molchany and his wife, Kim of Coplay; grandchildren, Cheryl Frisby, Jillian Frisby-Barnes, Ashley Loikits-Wise, Tori Molchany, Julia Molchany; great-grandchildren, Jonathan Frisby, Hunter Wise, Zachary Frisby; sister, Shirley wife of Greg Reinker of Newport Beach, CA. She was predeceased by sister, Mary; brothers, John, Mike, George, Andy, and Sam Wasko. Services: Funeral Service, 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 21, 2014, Holy Trinity Orthodox Church, 1023 Fifth St., N.Catasauqua. Interment, Holy Trinity Orthodox Cemetery, N. Catasauqua.
