Obituary for Mary T. Molchany
Mary T. Molchany, 96, of Coplay, passed away on January 10, 2023, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest. She was the beloved wife of the late Jacob R. Molchany for 59 years before his passing in June of 2006. Born in Northampton, she was the daughter of the late Frank, Sr. and Mary (Gabriel) Sinkovits.
Mary was a lifelong member of St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church of Coplay where she was a member of the Rosary Society.
Mary will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Jacob J. Coplay, Thomas F. and his wife, Lorraine, of Northampton, and Michael F. of Coplay; brother; Robert Sinkovits and wife Ann of Whitehall; grandchildren; Matthew, Crystal, Kimberly and Robin; great-grandchildren; Brant, Brealyn, Kevin, Sophia, Luis, Hunter, Coltan, Aiden and Owen. She was predeceased by her son, Jerome W. Molchany; brothers; Frank, John, William and Joseph and sisters; Anna and Teresa.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 from 08:00 a.m. – 09:30 a.m. at Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc. 327 Chestnut Street, Coplay, PA. 18037. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church 4 S. Fifth St., Coplay, PA. 18037. Interment to follow at the church cemetery.
Memorial contributions in her memory may be made directly to the church. Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc. of Coplay is entrusted with arrangements.
