Obituaries
Rosemarie A. “Tootsie” Humanick, 87 received her heavenly call home on August 22, 2023, and is now in the arms of her beloved Bobby after 43 long years.
She was the daughter of the late Vincent and Stephanie (Anthony) Lang. She was a lifelong resident of Coplay. She retired in October of 1996 from Mack Trucks. Her life revolved around her family. Every December she would make over 1,000 Christmas Apee cookies for all her family and friends.
She is survived by her children, Robert, and Michael (Joanne) of Coplay and Julianne (Gene) of Slatington. Grandchildren, Mikey, Rob, Jimmy, Jared, and Kelly. Great-grandchildren, Gavin, and Haven. She was predeceased by grandson Alex and daughter-in-law Brenda. Also survived by brothers Vincent, Anthony and James. A tremendous thank you to Abode in Allentown and Family Pillars Hospice for the remarkable care they provided.
There will be a memorial service on Saturday, September 2, 2023, from 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. at Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc. of Coplay, 327 Chestnut Street, Coplay, PA. 18037. Funeral service officiated by Monsignor Gobitas to follow at 11:30 a.m. in the funeral home.
