Obituary for Helen E. Witt
Helen E. Witt, 94 of Catasauqua, died Friday, March 1, 2013 at Alexandria Manor in Nazareth. She was the wife of the late Charles C. Witt. Born in Ralphton, PA, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Estelle (Schrock) Bauman. Helen was a member of St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church of Catasauqua. She worked as a secretary for the Research Department for the former Fuller Co. of Catasauqua for 15 years before retiring. Prior to that she worked for the Department of Internal Affairs in Harrisburg. Helen loved reading and working on puzzles. Surviving are her daughters Elaine Bath and husband Richard of Palmer Township, Gail Poltawec of Colts Neck, NJ; and grandchildren Kristie Bath and Jonathan Bath and David Weinstein. She was preceded in death by 4 sisters. Her funeral services will be held at 1pm Tuesday, March 5th, 2013 at the Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc., 234 Walnut St. Catasauqua, 18032. Her viewing will be from 12-1pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
