Obituary for Robert G. Krall
Robert G. Krall, 81, of Bridger, died Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at Cedar Wood Villa in Red Lodge, Montana. He was born on September 13, 1928 in Northampton, Pennsylvania, a son of Jesse L. and Marjorie Gould Krall. Bob served in the U.S. Navy from 1947 to 1951. He was a 1955 graduate of Michigan State University where he earned a degree in animal husbandry. For the past ten years he lived in Bridger where he was a property manager for Glenda Allen and recently for Tera Reynolds. Bob was known around the area as “coach,” since he helped coach football at Absarokee, Red Lodge, and later Bridger/Belfry. Football and his animals were his life. He loved horses, and by his side was Pearl, his sweet border collie that he shared with his friend. Survivors include two daughters, Kathy (Bob) Fletcher of Bozeman and Karen Bays of Columbia, South Carolina; one son, Scott Krall of Ossineke, Michigan; 3 grandchildren, Tana Fletcher-Koelzer of Bozeman, Dane Fletcher of Foxboro, Massachusetts, and Keagan Krall of Texas; and two brothers, Jesse Jr. of Sebastian, Florida and John “Chuck” of Cary, North Carolina. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Peter. Funeral services will be at the convenience of the family.
