Obituary for Eleanor M. Kulp
Eleanor M. (Steinmetz) Kulp, 73, died August 12, 2006 at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Salisbury Township. Eleanor and Robert J. Kulp, Jr. were married for 52 years. Born in Northampton she was the daughter of the late Clifford and Eleanor (Dieter) Steinmetz. Eleanor was employed by Koenig-Pretempco as an account secretary before retiring in 1991. She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Catasauqua. Surviving with her husband are daughter Donna, wife of Russell Chorney of Allentown; sons William and wife Angela of Bath; James and wife Pamela of Macungie; Robert III and wife Sherrie of Allentown; sister Sheila Steinmetz of Mansfield; brother Clifford and wife Nancy Steinmetz of Northampton; grandchildren Sean and wife Meg, Chad, Kyle, Brandi, Travis, Nicholas, Kaitlyn and Robert IV. She was predeceased by a son Larry in 2005. Services will be held at 11am Wednesday, August 16, 2006 at the John H. Brubaker Funeral Home, 234 Walnut St. Catasauqua, 18032. Call from 7-8:30pm Tuesday August 15 and 10-11am Wednesday in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in her name to the St. Paul’s Steeple Fund, 417 Howertown Road, Catasauqua, 18032 or to Dream Come True, 519 Main St. Bethlehem, 18018.
