Obituary for Marian E. Drayer
Marian Elizabeth Drayer (Pierce) passed away on the morning of July 5th, 2019 at St Lukes hospital in Bethlehem. Born in Pottstown, Marian was the daughter of Gordon and Mary Pierce; in addition to siblings George, Albert, Bud and Virginia.

Marian lived most of her life working full time and raising her children as a single parent. A strong woman with a great sense of humor and an infectious smile; she welcomed all into her home and was loved by everyone who know her. She also made a great sugar cookie.
She loved spending time with family, playing card games, Great Danes and Elvis Presley.

Marian was raised in Middletown Pa and relocated to Bangor Pa in the late 1970’s. She lived for a short time in Elemendorf Alaska. She resided with her son Daniel and his family.

She is survived by children Roger and wife Tara of Catasauqua Pa, David of Three Springs Pa, Patricia of Bangor Pa, Kelly and wife Amy of Saugertis NY, Daniel of Bangor Pa, Crystal of Roseta Pa, Duane and wife Tori of Colorado Springs. She also has 16 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

A memorial service for Marian will take place at the Catasauqua American Legion located at 330 2nd St, Catasauqua Pa at 2pm on August 3rd.
